Pinot Gris

2013 Pinot Gris - Made in the Alsatian style, this wine spent 16 hours on the skins giving it a light pink hue, rich mouthfeel and loads of fruit.

Intersection

2013 Intersection - We sourced Chardonnay Musque and Viognier, two grape varietals that are not widely
grown in Niagara, and blended them together to create a unique and aromatic white that presents white peach and jasmine floral notes on the nose. Ripe peach, tropical fruit, and 
vanilla hints on the palate pair beautifully with fresh seafood salads, or pork tenderloin with mango chutney. Serve slightly chilled at a temperature of 8 to 11 C.

Riesling

2016 Riesling - Made from both Weis and 49 clones, this Riesling offers fresh, fruity aromas reminiscent of jasmine and peach followed by flavours of crisp tropical fruit, lemon, and white grapefruit zest. Served at a temperature of 8 to 10 C, this is a perfect everyday sipping wine and a great match for seafood or roasted chicken salad.
